A photographer rides with the group and a licensed drone team works the river. The stills are screened during dinner and a certificate marks the crossing complete — so your guests come back with photographs they want to show you at the desk.

Every partner is issued a link of their own. Whichever page your guest enters through, the referral is recorded to you.

Step 02
We reply within 24 hours
A person reads every request and writes back, never an automated quote. We confirm the hotel name and the lobby pickup time with your guest before anything is fixed.
Step 03
You stay in the loop
When a date is confirmed we write to the concierge desk as well as the guest. On the morning we collect them from your lobby, and after dinner we return them to it — or, if they have checked out, to the hotel their luggage went ahead to.

| Cancellation | Free of charge 11 days or more before departure, then 20% from 10 days, 30% from 7, 40% the day before, 50% on the day, and 100% for a no-show — the limits under Japan’s standard travel agency terms. Fees apply whatever the reason, so we recommend guests hold cancellation cover. A change of date is free 11 days or more ahead. If we cancel for weather or safety, the call is made by 17:00 the day before and the guest chooses a full refund or a free transfer. Full schedule. |
| Payment | A request reserves nothing. We reply within 24 hours with a written quote, valid 72 hours. No deposit: the date is confirmed once payment in full, in USD, clears through the secure Stripe link we send. Every guest signs an Acknowledgement of Risk before riding. Payment terms. |
